"Delivery was surprisingly quick"
I ordered from Taw9eel in the evening and, i wasn’t expecting it to show up so fast, but it came the very next day. No long waiting around or anything annoying like that, which was a nice surprise. The driver also called before arriving, which I appreciated because, you know, sometimes deliveries just randomly appear. Overall, really happy with how quick it was and I’d definitely use them again.

"Refund took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to cancel one item and ask for a refund. It didn’t show up right away and took a few days, which was kind of annoying, but customer support did reply and the money eventually came back. Not a perfect experience, but something about it was still okay overall

Overall, I’d say my experience with Taw9eel was good, just not exactly perfect. I ordered a few groceries along with some home items, and almost everything arrived correctly, including the same brands and sizes I had selected. One small item was missing, but they let me know before the delivery and removed it from the bill, so it wasn’t a big issue. Smooth order in general.

"Easy Payment Options"
I like that Taw9eel gives you card, cash, and Knet options. Sometimes one payment method just doesn’t work or I don’t feel like using it, so it’s nice to have backups. It makes checkout way easier, and for me that’s a valid reason to keep using it

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and asked for an exchange. The pickup was arranged the very next day, which was great! The refund update did take a little longer than I expected... but support replied on WhatsApp and eventually sorted it out. Not a perfect experience, but overall okay

I was expecting the usual bit of confusion with ordering and delivery, but this was straightforward from start to finish. I got updates along the way, the tracking was easy enough to follow, and I never had to call anyone to figure out what was going on. The package showed up on time too, so it actually turned out better than I expected

I ordered a few home items from taw9eel the quality was better than I expected. Nothing looked cheap or arrived damaged, and the products matched the photos well. I’ve been using them for about a week now and everything’s been fine so far. My only small issue is that I was expecting clearer instructions with some of the items, but overall I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again...

"Pretty decent for regular orders"
I use taw9eel.com quite a bit. Not every day, but often enough. Mostly because the prices feel fair compared to the shops around me. Sometimes I check both, just to be sure, and yeah... taw9eel usually makes sense. The delivery fee is also not ridiculous, which helps. Overall, happy with it.

I’m happy with it overall. It does what I needed it to do and has been useful in everyday use, so I feel like I got good value for the price. There are a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that would stop me from using it or recommending it.
